Adelle Martin is an Executive Resilience Coach, speaker, author, and co-founder of Stronger Together Through Cancer. After a 30-year corporate career in financial services and HR, she now helps women stay strong in business and leadership when life becomes challenging, combining resilience, wellbeing, and real-world experience into practical support and coaching.

Sian Murphy is a businesswoman, broadcaster, publisher, and event organiser known for bringing together business growth, wellbeing, and community connection. She is the founder of initiatives including Café in the Calm, Stepping Out, and the Women in Business Big Show, and hosts business and wellbeing radio shows and podcasts across the South East. Through events, training, publishing, and media, Sian supports people to grow both personally and professionally in a practical, grounded, and approachable way.

I am an Award-Winning Executive Resilience Coach and CEO & Co-Founder of Stronger Together Through Cancer CIC. My work focuses on one critical leadership challenge: How do businesswomen remain economically active when life disrupts everything? Through coaching, speaking, research, and advocacy, I am redefining resilience as a structured leadership system that protects women’s agency, leadership capacity, and economic participation during sustained disruption. My work bridges the gap between health realities and business leadership, ensuring women are not forced to choose between their well-being and their professional future.

Harinder Mahil holds the economic regeneration, social regeneration and inward investment portfolio at Medway Council, where he oversees business support funds, grants and the council's One Medway approach to joined up working across departments. He's also the owner of the Gurkha Fire, a well known Medway restaurant housed in a converted fire station, which he took on from its previous operators and has grown steadily since. That dual role, council decision maker and small business owner, gives Harinder a rare view from both sides of the table. He brings the same directness to policy discussions as he does to running a hospitality business, and isn't afraid to say when something isn't working, on either side.

Roland Stanley is the founder of Dragon Coworking, a community first coworking space in Medway. What began as spare office space he didn't want to pay business rates on has grown into one of the area's best known hubs for small businesses, freelancers and events, offering desks, private offices and a space where people build genuine connections, not just proximity. In 2026, Dragon Coworking became B Corp certified after a two year process that reshaped how the business buys, hires and operates, from solar powered offices to local buying targets. For Roland, it's a natural extension of what he set out to build from day one: a business that does good by the people and community around it.
